Family Law Matters - newsletters and research

Internationally there is a growing trend to publish dedicated family law journals and newsletters to update practitioners about developments in this dynamic area of law. South Africa, unlike many jurisdictions, does not produce a home-grown periodic family law publication.

To address this gap a few of Cape Town's top family law practitioners, Advocates Stanley Van Embden, Barbara Gassner SC and Janet McCurdie created a readily accessible forum for discussion of family law matters, not only for family law specialists but also those practitioners who on occasion touch this field.

The objective of the Family Law Matters newsletter is to cover a range of current family law topics and facilitate the exchange of practice and professional tips and advice.

To receive a newsletter via email in future email your request to fammatters@law.co.za.
